Our automotive client was running several stand-alone PCs with data stored across multiple machines, while email was hosted with POP accounts. Similarly, a children's charity in Birmingham faced challenges with their phone system, especially during the pandemic, relying on personal mobiles for business calls.
Initially, both clients approached us with concerns about their IT systems and communication platforms. The automotive client needed a more secure and centralised data management system, while the charity required a flexible and professional communication solution.
We assessed the situations and offered our IT management services to both clients. For the automotive client, we migrated all mail and data to Microsoft O365, ensuring secure, centralised storage and easy accessibility. For the charity, we set up Microsoft Teams for voice calls, trained users, and ported numbers from the existing provider.
