Who we work with


We work with small to medium enterprises (SMEs) offering IT support in Birmingham and the midlands with approximately 2 to 200 PCs.

Typically, these companies may have no IT knowledge; some may have a little IT knowledge and experience; some may even have a dedicated IT manager. But, the IT arena is vast and broad and it is rarely possible for one person to be competent in all areas from communications to cybersecurity to back up solutions. 

For all of the staff charged with the responsibility of their company’s IT we assist not only in the day to day battle to resolve the inevitable IT issues that users may face, but also with medium and long term strategic planning and direction.

Technical Drive work with small and medium sized businesses and charities, offering IT services in Birmingham and the surrounding area, which means that an engineer is never more than 40 minutes away. So you call, and we arrive.  

We can also offer a remote support service remotely across all of the UK.

We operate a first call resolution policy, which means that you get through to an engineer on the phone first time…...for your issue to be resolved there and then. We are your virtual IT team, and you will be safe in our hands.
