At Technical Drive, we’re always looking for ways to support wellbeing in the workplace...
And our latest initiative might just be the most adorable one yet!
Last week, we welcomed a very special group of visitors to the office: nine gorgeous Labrador puppies! The proud mum belongs to one of our team members, and after a happy (and slightly unexpected!) arrival of two girls and seven boys, we couldn’t resist inviting them in for a few hours of cuddles!
From the moment they arrived, the atmosphere in the office transformed. Staff took turns to snuggle the sleepy pups or watch them tumble about in their playpen.
It was a heartwarming sight, one that brought a genuine sense of calm and connection to our busy day. And just to sweeten the deal, we paired the puppy visit with a tray of homemade brownies, each one topped with a photo of one of the pups! Yes, really. Puppy-themed brownies. It was almost too cute to eat… almost.
The event was more than just a treat, it was a reminder of how small moments of joy can make a big difference. In a fast-paced work environment, stress can creep in unnoticed. But a few hours spent with furry friends (and chocolate) proved to be a simple, effective way to lift spirits and encourage a bit of breathing space.
We’re proud to foster a culture that values wellbeing, and days like this show that even the smallest paws can leave the biggest impact. Here’s to more moments of joy, connection, and wagging tails at Technical Drive!
