At Technical Drive, we’re here to make sure IT hiccups don’t spoil your festive cheer. Whether you’re winding down for Christmas or gearing up for a busy New Year, our out-of-hours support means help is just a call away.
Bank Holiday Emergency Hours*
We’ll be available for urgent IT support on the following dates:

Christmas Day (Wednesday 25th December): 10:00 - 15:00

Boxing Day (Thursday 26th December): 10:00 - 15:00

New Year’s Day (Wednesday 1st January): 10:00 - 15:00
At All Other Times, Our Standard Helpdesk Hours Apply
We’ll be operating during our usual helpdesk hours, with out-of-hours support* available at all other times throughout the Christmas period.
*Please note: All of our out-of-hours services are chargeable.
