Our July 2023 Client Satisfaction Survey results are in, and we are delighted with the response!

The latest results are in, and we are delighted to have achieved 94.73% positive overall, plus improvements across the board, in every department!

It’s a record-breaking achievement for Technical Drive, and we are truly grateful for our clients taking the time to participate!

Our Client Satisfaction Survey has been running for over 10 years, twice a year. It provides us with the invaluable information we need to steer our business in the right direction, with client happiness at the forefront. We don’t circulate forms or send out a generic email. We personally call our clients to hear it exactly as it is!

January 2023 Vs July 2023

This July we are delighted to have increased our 'Excellent' rating from 75% to 85.5%!

We want to see as much blue and yellow as we can in our pie charts, and we are happy to have improved our client satisfaction score all around in the last 6 months!

What's even better...is there is no red! That means that none of the clients that we spoke to have graded themselves as being unhappy!



Breaking our record!

Our previous record was set in January 2017 with 93.74% positive. Since then, we have worked hard to deliver the consistent, reliable, and high-quality service required to maintain happy clients, as well as a steady growth in gaining new ones. Despite the detrimental impact that COVID-19 had on many of our local businesses, we have managed to grow our client portfolio by almost 30% in the last 5 years!

Our Helpdesk department win the race!

When reviewing the feedback we can calculate how each department has been scored. This time around, our Helpdesk department have raced ahead with an increase of 3.96%. That may not sound alot, but when you are close to perfection, every decimal point helps!
