We’re really happy with the results as we have improved in every department since the last survey! In fact, we’ve been consistently improving for the last 4 years, which shows our strategy of continual improvement is working to provide you, the client, with ever better service and support!
Fantastic news - our clients are happier than ever!
And here’s the proof! This chart shows the percentage of satisfaction improvement since the last survey carried out in July 21, showing that we have increased client satisfaction on every question.
By converting more client feedback from ‘very happy’ to ‘excellent’, the number of ‘excellent’ rated feedback has increased by 11% in only 6 months! What is also very noticeable is that we have no clients falling into the red ‘not happy’ zone!
This is amazing news for the whole team considering we have consistently improved even through the pandemic and working from home.
Is there anything else we can do to improve our services further?
After reviewing the customer feedback, the issue that was mentioned the most was that the automated email sent to clients about ticket closure can come across as misleading. We will therefore be looking to update the email to give a better explanation of the reasons for the ticket closure.
We are also reviewing all individual comments and have your dedicated Account Manager looking into future improvement in communication, and management.
