Do you offer out of hours support?

Yes. We provide after-hours telephone support through from 5.30pm – 8.00pm and on weekends and Bank Holidays from 10am – 3pm.

Do you support remote and on-site IT needs?

Yes, we offer telephone support for remote troubleshooting and onsite engineers for on-site visits.

What are your standard SLAs for onsite visits?

Our SLA for an on-site engineering is 4 hours for a server and 8 hours for devices, however we aim to be with clients quicker.

How much do your IT support services cost?

Pricing depends on the services that we provide and can no obligation quotes can be requested.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

Our standard IT Support contracts start at just 12 months, and we also offer also multi-year contracts for those looking to commit longer-term and lock-in pricing.

Are there hidden fees?

No, we believe in transparent pricing. All costs are clearly outlined in our proposals in straight-forward plain English.

How do you ensure my data is secure?

We manage a range of security protocols to ensure your data is safe, including Acronis for threat protection, Sophos for endpoint protection and Barracuda for email protection. We are also a certified Cyber Essential business.

What are your accreditations?

We hold both ISO9001 and ISO27001 accreditations so you can be sure you and your business are safe in our hands. During our quality assessments, we have received accolades for our internal organisation by assessors.
