Our 2025 Client Satisfaction Survey results are in and we’re delighted to have achieved outstanding feedback from our clients yet again!

We're thrilled to share the results of our latest Client Satisfaction Survey and they're fantastic!

We’re proud to have achieved an outstanding 91.76% overall positive rating this year, building on last year’s success with even stronger scores across multiple areas.

We take these results seriously. That’s why we personally call each client to hear their feedback, honest and unfiltered. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who took the time to participate and help us continue raising the bar.

Our Client Satisfaction Survey which has been running for over a decade, provides invaluable insights that help us to deliver exceptional service and keep client happiness at the heart of everything we do.

We’re proud to report that 74% of clients rated us as ‘Excellent’, with another 18% saying they’re ‘Very Happy’. And the best part? Our pie chart is full of blue and green, with no red in sight! Once again, we have zero unhappy clients, which is what we strive for.

High Scores Across the Board!

So that we can understand how we’re performing right across our service, our survey collects feedback on a variety of areas of the business.

  • Helpdesk Score: 90.86%

When you have an IT issue, we know how important it is to speak to an engineer who can resolve it quickly. We continuously monitor our performance to ensure we’re available for our clients, from answering the phone promptly to resolving issues first time. We’re delighted that ratings for getting through to an engineer have increased this year.

  • Onsite Technical Score: 95.87%

Time is critical when an IT issue needs fixing. We’re proud that our response times remain exceptionally high. Our engineers continue to be rated highly for professionalism and efficiency during site visits, reflecting our commitment to delivering outstanding service.

  • Account Management: 90.73%

Our clients matter to us, and we aim to build strong, positive relationships that help us to better understand your business and support you effectively. Our Account Managers are tasked with going above and beyond expectations to add real value to your business and the results show they’re doing just that.

 

Maintaining Our High Standards!

We’re thrilled with the results of our latest survey, but the hard work doesn’t stop here. Our goal for 2026 is to raise the bar even higher!

·         We’ll continue to monitor and improve our Helpdesk, ensuring fast, efficient response and resolution times.

·         Automated monitoring and patching services will keep your systems running at peak performance, backed by monthly reporting so you can see exactly how we’re doing.

·         We’ll keep introducing services that add real value to your business, such as our new CyberSafe365 package, designed to simplify cyber security and keep you protected without the complexity.
