Many users of shared mailboxes and distribution lists were left unable to release blocked emails after Barracuda published a system update on March 31, 2023. This meant that individual users had to reach out to their administrators (us!) for assistance.
We are pleased to inform you that this is no longer the case. As a temporary fix to the known issue, Barracuda investigated the disabled feature and released a work-around fix this week.
