Birmingham Mind is a mental health charity established in 1962 and affiliated with the national Mind network. Dedicated to promoting wellbeing and recovery, the charity provides high-quality, person-centred services including residential care, supported housing and community support. Its mission is to empower individuals to live meaningful lives and challenge the stigma surrounding mental health.

Background
Birmingham Mind has partnered with Technical Drive for four years. Initially, they sought an experienced Birmingham IT services provider to manage their SharePoint migration to the cloud and deliver strategic direction on technology.
Since then, the partnership has matured into a full Managed IT services model, including:
