Marketing Executive

Are you tech-savvy, proactive, and eager to master the latest marketing technologies? We are looking for a Digital & Demand Generation Executive to help fuel our sales pipeline. You will work with a world-class tech stack to identify, track, and engage with high-value targets. It’s a data-driven role where you will combine outbound creativity with digital strategy to turn cold prospects into warm leads. 

 

Core Responsibilities: 

 
  • Lead Identification & Intelligence: Use intent data tools to identify companies visiting our site and find the right decision-makers to contact. 
  • Outbound Campaign Management: Build and monitor automated email sequences, ensuring our messaging stays fresh and high performing. 
  • Creative Outreach: Stand out from the crowd by recording short, personalised videos for high-priority prospects and building bespoke Digital Sales Rooms. 
  • Digital Advertising: Support our Google Ads and Retargeting campaigns, helping to create "punchy" ad copy and high-converting landing pages. 
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the hot leads dashboard to ensure we respond to opportunities in real-time.  


About You:

You don’t need to be a digital expert; we value aptitude and attitude over years of service. This role is perfect for someone who:

  • Is "tech-native" and enjoys learning new software and AI tools.
  • Can write engaging, professional copy that people will actually read.
  • Is proactive and doesn't wait for a "to-do" list.

Account Manager

Due to continued growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to join an established and successful IT Managed Service Provider based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. A desirable position working alongside a busy, energetic, friendly and highly capable IT support team awaits the right candidate.

As an Account Manager, your focus will be on managing existing clients and providing IT consultancy and planning solutions. You will be able to grow assigned accounts through additional services and solutions from their portfolio of contracted services. You will be responsible for visiting clients’ sites and closing sales, writing proposals and negotiating contracts.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in IT Account Management, knowledge of IT infrastructures, including a working knowledge of hardware, operating systems, networks and software, cloud services and selling solutions.

 We're looking for a committed professional dedicated to providing excellent customer service and have excellent relationship building skills and be able to liaise with clients at all levels. We're looking for a proactive self-starter with ambition, a can-do attitude with a plenty of drive to succeed.
